Shilpa Sachin Residence

Built on a minimal budget, the house serves to the families of two brothers living on separate floors. The architectonic composition of this modernist house is complimented by a minimal colour palette choice of white and beige. The long balcony of the drawing room and bedroom in the front has been depicted as two separate masses by staggering it both horizontally and vertically. The staircase block on the right has been tactfully amalgamated with the house elevation rather than letting it be a stand-alone tower.

The constraints of Vastu in the planning and elevation of this house have been moulded into opportunities to build a beautiful facade.
